Overview
At Smart Home Solutions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer directly. Contact us first for return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or partially used paint products
- Tinted or custom-mixed paints
- Tiles or marbles once cut, installed, or damaged after delivery
- Items purchased on clearance or discount sale
- Plumbing materials, adhesives, or sealants once opened
- Personal care and sanitary products (e.g. toilet seats, used faucets)
- Electronic items that have been installed or used
- Special order items or made-to-order products
Partial Refunds May Apply
Partial refunds may be approved in the following cases:
- Returned item is used, damaged, or not in original condition (not due to our error)
- Returned without original packaging
- Return is initiated after 30 days of delivery
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
You will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider.
- Contact your bank (there may be a processing delay).

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the item, we will issue a gift voucher or coupon.
Shipping returns
To return your item, contact us first for instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proper tracking.
